The main focus
of our work is directed towards the commercial, public sectors and
non-profit. Since 1989, EBDM’s core team and consultants have served a
large number of significant organisations and institutions in these
sectors. Our services however, are targeted towards the fundamental
management issues prevalent in these sectors, aimed at improving various
business and development initiatives of our clients. As such, we extend
our services irrespective of the sector that our clients operate in. Our
core staff and consultants have extensive experience of working in these

In the
commercial sector EBDM has worked with several organisations related to
mainstream manufacturing and service industries including textile,
spinning & weaving, paper & pulp, cotton, steel, automobile, food,
leather, IT, telecommunication, chemical & pharmaceutical and
professional consulting industries. In addition, EBDM also works with
private academic institutions; commercial banks and airlines.
EBDM and its
core team has experience of working with a number of national as well as
international government agencies. At the national level the Federal
Bureau of Statistics, Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB), NADRA,
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Ministry of Finance,
Ministry of Trade & Industries and Provincial Governments of Pakistan.
With regard to
foreign government agencies we have experience of working with the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi (UAE), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Netherlands),
State Bureau of Statistics (Uzbekistan), Ministry of Industry (Nepal),
Ministry of Trade & Industries (Royal Government of Bhutan), Ministry of
Economy (Egypt), Ministry of Planning and National Development
(Maldives), Ministry of Economic Planning and Development (Malawi),
Central Statistical Office (Palestine), Croatian Bureau of Statistics
(Croatia), Ministry of Finance (Sultanate of Brunei), State Statistical
Bureau (China), Central Statistical Office (Yemen), the Government of
Zambia, Tanzania and others.
EBDM has had an
association with the non-profit sector ever since its inception. Our
clientele in the non-profit sector includes a number of UN agencies and
programmes, bi-lateral and multilateral donor agencies, international
and national NGOs, foundations and international development banks. In
terms of thematic focus areas, we are well-versed with environmental
management; natural resource conservation; economic management and
growth; poverty reduction; social and rural development; educational
development; agricultural development; gender; governance; health and
corporate social responsibility. At EBDM, we believe in the concept of
integrated development and subscribe to all national and international
development treaties and conventions.
